Chandpur, July 20 (BDNEWS) – Awami League presidium member Dr Mohiuddin Khan Alamgir has not been cleared of the fraud and forgery case filed against him by the government.
The charge was framed against him when he along with four others made appearance in a case (GR 178/02) at the court of additional district magistrate of Chandpur and sought to be cleared.
Advocate Tofael Ahmed, counsel of Dr Mohiuddin Khan Alamgir said, the case was filed at the behest of the coalition government because it failed to face him politically.
