According to some media reports, Nirob married Tasfia Taher Chowdhury Riddhi on Friday night.

At the time, he had also claimed that he had been seeing for sometime Riddhi who is in the first year of her architecture studies at North South University.

But the actor was accused in a abduction case lodged by Riddhi’s father Abu Taher Chowdhury on Saturday night at Uttara Model Police Station, DMP’s Uttara division Assistant Commissioner Shahed Ferdous told bdnews24.com.

He said Abu Taher in the complaint claimed Riddhi was set to marry someone else. She went to beauty parlour Persona’s Uttara branch at Saturday noon from where Nirob ‘abducted’ her.

Both Nirob and Riddhi Monday night shared photos of their ‘quiet wedding’ on their Facebook pages.
Police’s Uttara division Deputy Commissioner Md Iqbal told bdnews24.com that they were investigating the case.
Nirob started off his showbiz career with ramp modelling opportunities. Later, he got his break in TV dramas and then movies.
His debut movie ‘Mon Jekhane Ridoy Sekhane’ was released in 2009. He has acted in 19 films so far.
His next film, ‘Game’, is set to be released next year.
Nirob had recently caused a media frenzy over his relationship with model and actress ‘Sarika’. They had decided to get married, but later broke up.
