Learning Resource Network (LRN) has launched a teacher training programme in Bangladesh to enhance the quality of instruction in English-medium schools and improve alignment with A-level standards.

On Monday, LRN issued a media statement outlining the programme, which has already trained 300 teachers from 72 schools across the country in subjects including biology, artificial intelligence, and Bangla.

The training was led by international experts Oliver Kenneth Squires, Mohammad Afham, and Nur Uddin Chowdhury, the statement said.

It added that additional sessions were conducted by LRN Bangladesh Country Director Md Shoaib Chowdhury, Asma Chowdhury, Akhtar Hossain, and Md Romen.

The programme, according to LRN authorities, will continue to ensure English-medium teachers maintain high teaching standards and remain up to date with curriculum requirements.
