Med college students injured in road accident

Barisal, Sep 25 (bdnews24.com) – At least 25 people including 10 students of Barisal and Faridpur medical college have been injured after a bus fell into a roadside ditch and overturned in Barisal.
Thirteen of them were admitted to Barisal Medical College Hospital with two critically injured.
One injured, 'Humayun', said the bus fell into the roadside drain when it tried to give room to the Tomtom, an improvised human hauler, in Khuria ferry area on Kolapara-Patuakhali road on Friday night.
The injured include bus passengers 'Zahir', 'Saju', 'Kawser', 'Sayem', 'Shubho', 'Debashish', 'Raju', 'Quaiyum', 'Rakib', 'Partha', 'Foysal', 'Mamun' and Tomtom passengers 'Joynal' and Khalilur Rahman.
Kawser said 10 students of Barisal Medical College's 37th batch were returning from Kuakata.
Dr Nazrul Islam of Barisal Medical College Hospital said Zahir was still unconscious, while condition of Saju, a Faridpur Medical College student, was critical.
