Bangladeshi allrounder Taijul Islam has grabbed his 250th Test wicket as the Tigers barrel towards victory against Ireland in Mirpur.
Taijul, who bowled out Andy McBrine in the first innings, trapped him in front of the stumps in the second on Sunday.
A quick delivery around off stump rapped the Irish allrounder on the shin. The finger went up and while Ireland reviewed the decision, replays showed it was "umpire's call" on impact.
The milestone comes only a day after Taijul overtook Shakib Al Hasan to become Bangladesh’s highest wicket-taker in Test cricket.
At the end of 71 overs, Ireland were on 201/7 with Curtis Campher (40) and Jordan Neill (9) at the crease.
With only three wickets in hand, they still trail the Tigers by 308 runs.
A win will see Bangladesh whitewash the series comfortably after they won the Sylhet Test by an innings and 47 runs against the visiting minnows.
