Bangladesh has recorded three more measles-linked deaths in a day, with 59 fresh cases confirmed.
The new cases were detected in the 24 hours from 8am on Monday, a Directorate General of Health Services (DGHS) bulletin said on Tuesday.
The health directorate has been publishing measles data since Mar 15.
The confirmed death toll has now reached 99 nationwide, while 819 more have died with symptoms of the disease.
Dhaka Division has recorded the highest number of such deaths, at 361, followed by Sylhet with 135.
Rajshahi has recorded 92 deaths, Chattogram 63, Barishal 48, Mymensingh 74, Khulna 32 and Rangpur 14.
Over the same period, another 1,002 people with measles symptoms sought hospital treatment, with 903 admitted.
Of the new admissions, 295 were in Dhaka Division, 29 in Rajshahi, 115 in Sylhet, 256 in Chattogram, 86 in Barishal, 53 in Mymensingh, 60 in Khulna and nine in Rangpur.
Total hospital admissions for measles now stand at 126,289, of whom 121,880 have been discharged.
The number of suspected measles cases across the country has climbed to 144,780, while confirmed cases stand at 17,989.
