Square Pharma to manufacture some medicines at another company's facility

CTC Pharma is a subsidiary of the apparel manufacturer Coast to Coast Group

Square Pharmaceuticals Limited has decided to manufacture some of its medicines at the facilities of CTC Pharma to meet growing market demand.

One of the largest pharmaceutical companies in the country disclosed the information to investors through the Dhaka Stock Exchange on Monday.

According to the disclosure, Square Pharmaceuticals has entered into an agreement with CTC Pharma to manufacture certain existing products in order to meet increasing demand, as well as to produce new products for the market. The agreement was approved by Square Pharma's Board of Directors at a meeting held on Sunday.

CTC Pharma is a subsidiary of the Coast to Coast Group, a company primarily engaged in the garment industry. The pharmaceutical company's head office is located in Uttara, Dhaka, while its manufacturing facility is situated in Gorat village, Yearpur Union, Ashulia.
