Dhaka, Feb 12 (BDNEWS) – A court Sunday issued warrant of arrest against the manager (finance) of the QC Container Syed Abrar Hossain on charge of misappropriating Tk 95.44 crore through forged signature of Salahuddin Quader Chowdhury, Parliamentary Affairs advisor to the Prime Minister.
Earlier, Salahuddin Kader appeared before the court of Mamun Al Faisal and filed a case against the manager.
In his case, Salahuddin Quader mentioned the name of three top officials of BEXIMCO Limited, including its chairman Salman F Rahman and Shohel Rahman, as witnesses of the case.
Earlier on January 30, advocate Rafiq Ul Haq issued a legal notice on Salahuddin Quader Chowdhury on behalf of Salman and Shohel Rahman accusing him (Salahuddin) of misappropriating the same amount.
