Firefighters have brought a fire under control within an hour after it broke out at the Sena Kalyan Bhaban in Dhaka’s Motijheel.
The fire broke out around 10:40pm on the 21st floor, the top floor of the building, which houses several corporate and institutional offices.

Five fire service units managed to control the flames by 11:47pm, according to the Fire Service and Civil Defence Department.
Department official Anwar Bin Sattar said they were first alerted to the fire at 10:40pm and deployed teams to the scene by 10:51pm.
Sena Kalyan Bhaban is a prominent commercial tower owned by the Sena Kalyan Sangstha.
