The bodies of three men have been found on the railway tracks in Cumilla’s Burichang.

The incident occurred on the Dhaka-Chattogram railway line in the Madhabpur area of the Upazila on Wednesday afternoon, according to Azizul Haque, chief of Burichang Police Station.

Police have yet to identify the dead.

Azizul said that locals called police after they found the bodies on the rail tracks.

Police believe the three were run over by a train at some point earlier in the morning.

Government Railway Police have gone to the scene from Laksam after the incident was reported.
