Classmates among three to be grilled in Ashulia university student ‘rape’

One of the suspects is a campus senior, while the other three are the victim’s classmates

A court has granted police permission to question three suspects, including a classmate, in custody over allegations of gangraping and videotaping of a Gono Bishwabidyalay student.

Among the suspects, law students Tajul Islam Taj and Shraban Saha Utsha will be interrogated in police custody for three days, while Antu Dewan will be questioned for two days.

Another suspect named Delwar Bhuiyan is scheduled for a hearing on Sunday.

Antu is a senior on campus, while the other three suspects are classmates of the victim, who was allegedly lured to Ashulia under the pretext of a picnic.
