Four people die as truck crushes Easy Bike in Kishoreganj

A head-on collision between a truck and an Easy Bike has left at least four people dead at the Hossainpur Upazila of Kishoreganj.

The accident took place in the Adu Master Market area on Kishoreganj-Hossainpur road on Thursday afternoon, said Asaduzzaman Titu, chief of Hossainpur Police Station.

The victims are Md Mizan Mia, 26, Md Alam Miah, 50, Abdul Motaleb, 70, and his grandson Tanim, 13, a madrasa student identified with a single name.

Fire service personnel carried four injured people to the Upazila Health Complex but doctors declared two of them dead, according to police.

The two other victims were sent to Kishoreganj’s Shaheed Syed Nazrul Islam Medical College Hospital in a critical condition but they died while undergoing treatment.
