Another three people have died from suspected measles as two of the deaths were reported in Dhaka Division and one in Rangpur.
The latest figures take the number of people who have died with suspected measles symptoms this year to 1,023, the Directorate General of Health Services (DGHS) said on Sunday.
A further 102 people have died after being confirmed to have measles, bringing the combined toll to 1,125.
Dhaka Division has recorded the highest number of deaths involving suspected measles, with 465 fatalities, followed by Sylhet with 179, the bulletin said.
Rajshahi has recorded 93 deaths, Chattogram 86, Mymensingh 80, Barishal 60, Khulna 44 and Rangpur 16.
A total of 1,218 patients with measles symptoms sought treatment at hospitals across the country in the latest 24-hour period, with 1,122 admitted.
Among the new admissions, 326 were recorded in Dhaka Division, 278 in Chattogram, 127 each in Sylhet and Barishal, 109 in Mymensingh, 75 in Khulna, 60 in Rangpur and 20 in Rajshahi.
The total number of hospital admissions involving suspected measles symptoms has reached 174,149 this year, with 166,908 patients discharged after recovery.
The number of patients reported with suspected measles symptoms has reached 196,418, of whom 21,748 have been confirmed to have measles.
The health directorate has been recording data on measles and suspected measles cases and deaths since Mar 15.
The authorities said not all patients who seek treatment or remain outside hospitals undergo measles testing.
As a result, the exact number of confirmed measles cases cannot be determined, with the recorded figures covering only patients who seek treatment or are admitted to hospitals.
