Saudi Pro League side Al-Nassr have hijacked Portuguese club Benfica's effort to sign winger Joao Felix from Chelsea.

The London club have accepted Al-Nassr’s proposal, that is believed to be around £43.7 million ($58.6 million), in a deal that will pair the 25-year-old winger with fellow Portugal international Cristiano Ronaldo, BBC Sports reports.

Felix has been permitted to travel to Riyadh to complete his medical and finalise the move, as the Club World Cup champions will recoup the £45 million ($60.3 million) they spent for the player last summer, signing him for the second time after the loan move in January 2023.

The winger has only made 20 appearances for the Blues in his second stint at the club before he was loaned out to Italian side AC Millan.

The Premier League club have raised about £130 million ($174.4 million) from player sales already and are looking to sell players like forward Raheem Sterling, left-back Ben Chilwell, midfielder Renato Veiga and striker Armando Broja.
