Dhaka, May 18 (BDNEWS) – Bangladesh Krira Shiksha Protisthan (BKSP) emerged champion in the Milkvita 22nd National Junior athletics championship bagging 13 gold, eight silver and six bronze medals at the Bangabandhu National Stadium Wednesday.
Narail DSA became runners-up with eight gold, four silver and four bronze medals while Kishoreganj DSA finished third grabbing six gold, two silver and two bronze medals.
Mohammad Mohon Khan of BKSP and Sonia Khanam of Narail became the fastest man and woman in the under-18 level. They took 11.20 and 13.40 seconds respectively.
In the under-15 level, Nazmul Hossain of BKSP and Setu Aktar of Kishoreganj became the fastest boy and girl as they took 11.50 and 13.40 seconds respectively.
Khulna grabbed three gold, seven silver and three bronze medals, Naogaon two gold, one silver and two bronze, Chittagong two gold and one silver, Rajshahi two gold, one silver and three bronze, Noakhali one gold, four silver and one bronze, Pabna one gold, three silver and seven bronze, Manikganj one gold and one bronze, Pirojpur one gold and one silver, Keshabpur Physical College two silver and two bronze, Dinajpur one silver and one bronze, Comilla one silver, Bagerhat Physical College one silver and one bronze, Laxmipur one silver, Gopalganj one silver, Bagerhat three bronze, Rajbari three bronze, Gaibandha one bronze, Jessore Education Board one bronze, Munshiganj one bronze and Dhaka one silver medals.
