Chief Advisor Yunus to meet with leaders of 12 more parties today

He had previously held meetings with leaders of the BNP, Jamaat-e-Islami, Islami Andolan Bangladesh, and NCP after the deadly jet crash at Milestone School and College

Chief Advisor Muhammad Yunus is set to hold talks with leaders of a dozen more political parties on Wednesday over the Bangladesh Air Force jet crash at Milestone School and College in Dhaka’s Diabari.

The meeting is scheduled to be held at the chief advisor's official residence, the State Guest House Jamuna, from 3pm, his Deputy Press Secretary Azad Majumder told bdnews24.com.

The parties invited to the meeting include the Gana Sanghati Andolan, Biplobi Workers Party, Nagorik Oikya, JSD, LDP, AB Party, Gono Odhikar Parishad, CPB and BaSaD.

Yunus had previously met with top leaders of four parties -- the BNP, Bangladesh Jamaat-e-Islami, Islami Andolan Bangladesh and National Citizens Party (NCP) -- on Tuesday night.
