Police will question in custody former food minister Sadhan Chandra Majumder for seven days and Krishak League President Samir Chandra Chanda for three days in murder cases linked to the Anti-discrimination Student Movement.
The remand orders were delivered by two Dhaka Metropolitan magistrates on Friday after hearings.

Inspector Sohel Rana of Tejgaon Police Station, the investigating officer, sought a 10-day remand for Sadhan.
