Reckless motorcycling on footpaths

The footpaths in Dhaka are encroached on by makeshift shops, construction materials, goods of shops in many areas. As the city suffers from heavy traffic congestions, motorcyclists often take to the footpaths, leaving little or no space for pedestrians to walk, despite a ban imposed by the High Court and the law.
