Devotees celebrate Dol Purnima

On the full moon of the Bengali month of Phalgun, Hindu devotees celebrate the Dol Purnima, a festival also known as Holi. Puja festivities are held in every temple across the country, including the capital. After prayers and festival rites, devotees delight in the tradition of putting colour on one another.
