Cable clutter on utility poles

A tangled web of internet and television cables hang from electricity poles, footbridges and roadsides across different parts of Dhaka, continuing to cause hazards and public inconvenience. In some areas, the cables hang close to residential balconies, while in other places they dangle over pavements. Despite regular drives to remove them, the clutter refuses to budge.
