After last month’s widespread reshuffle in the top positions of more than 10 public universities, the government has appointed three more vice-chancellors for four years.

The universities are Patuakhali Science and Technology University (PSTU), Pirojpur Science and Technology University (PrSTU) and Rabindra University.

The education ministry announced the decision on Monday, saying the appointments will last for four years since they serve from the date of joining.
