The Jatiyatabadi Chhatra Dal has issued a set of six key instructions for its rally at Dhaka's Shahbagh on Aug 3, aimed at ensuring order and discipline during the programme.

The guidelines were announced jointly by Chhatra Dal President Rakibul Islam Rakib and General Secretary Nasir Uddin Nasir on Friday afternoon.

According to the instructions:

1. No banners, festoons, or placards are permitted at the rally.

2. All units must remain at their assigned spots from start to finish.

3. Emergency services, including ambulances, must be allowed to operate freely between Katabon, Aziz Super Market, BSMMU and Intercontinental Dhaka.

4. No JCD unit vehicles may enter Dhaka University that day.

5. Participants may not arrive with personal processions or showdowns.

6. All units must clean up and leave the venue after the rally.

BNP Acting Chairman Tarique Rahman is scheduled to address the rally virtually as the chief guest. The party's Secretary General Mirza Fakhrul Islam Alamgir will join as a special guest, and BNP Student Affairs Secretary Rakibul Islam Bakul will be the main speaker.
