The scarcity of passengers from July 27 to Aug 3 forced the cancellation, Shakil Meraz, Biman's spokesperson, said on Thursday.
The state-run entity is fearing more cancellations, he added.
Biman started Hajj flights on July 14 but 14,000 tickets remained unsold until the end of the first week of July.
Shakil blamed the Hajj travel agencies for the cancellation of flights.
“They (agencies) haven’t bought tickets in time despite repeated reminders,” he said.
Biman has incurred a loss worth 4,000 tickets due to lack of passengers until now in this Hajj travel season.
