Dhaka, Sept 7 (bdnews24.com)—Speaker Abdul Hamid on Monday nominated a five-member presidium body while initiating the activities of the third parliamentary session.
According to seniority, the presidium members are Khan Tipu Sultan, Shamsur Rahman Sharif and Sarah Begum Kabori of Awami League, TIM Fazle Rabbi Chowdhury of Jatiya Party and M K Anwar of BNP.
In the absence of the speaker and the deputy speaker, the presidium members will preside over the House sessions, if required, according to their seniority and availability.
