Hasina went there to visit farmers affected by flash floods in Haor areas.

The Press Information Department or PID released the picture on Thursday.

In January this year, the prime minister took a tour of her ancestral home in Gopalganj along with her grandchildren on a rickshaw van.

A photo taken during her tour in Tungipara went viral on Facebook. Imam Sheikh, the van driver who carried Hasina and family, later got a temporary job as a supplier to the Bangladesh Air Force bakery.

This time, the ruling Awami League chief has been snapped riding a rickshaw in Khaliajuri Upazila of Netrokona.

She exchanged views with district administration officials after visiting the affected areas.

The rickshaw took her from the Khaliajuri Upazila Health Complex to her guest house some 50 yards away in the afternoon.

Local rickshaw-puller Tipu Sultan drove the rickshaw with the head of the government on board.

Earlier in the day, Hasina visited affected Haor areas in Sunamganj. She promised rehabilitation for the backswamps dwellers while addressing a crowd at Khaliajuri College.

Hasina also distributed relief goods among flood-hit people in Khaliajuri and Ballabhpur.
