The trial of writer Humayun Azad murder case has been deferred again, as the judge is on leave and the witnesses were absent.

The witnesses’ depositions will now be held on Nov 25.
Dhaka’s Fourth Metropolitan Sessions Judge Ruhul Amin’s court was set to record the statements on Tuesday, but the judge is on leave.
The court recorded statements of 36 out of 58 State witnesses until May 7.
No other witness’s deposition could be recorded since then, Assistant Public Prosecutor ABM Bashir Uddin Mia told bdnews24.com.
