CAO sends letter to EC to organise election in February

The Chief Advisor’s Office has asked the Election Commission to complete preparations for holding the parliamentary polls in February, before the start of Ramadan next year.

The letter was issued on Wednesday, a day after Chief Advisor Muhammad Yunus announced the election timeline.

Chief Election Commissioner AMM Nasir Uddin has already hinted that the official schedule could be announced in the second half of December.
