The premier is making her regular appearance before the media after a state visit abroad

Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina has appeared at a press conference to discuss her three-day state visit to China.
The event began at 4pm on Sunday at the premier’s official residence, the Gonobhaban.
Several members of her Cabinet and senior leaders from the Awami League accompanied her during the conference.
The prime minister regularly appears before the press to discuss the outcomes of her trips abroad.
Though Hasina’s initial statements usually focus on the details of her trip, she answers questions on many topics in the Q&A session.
Two weeks after her visit to India, the prime minister travelled to China at the invitation of her counterpart Li Qiang.
It was her fourth visit to China. She had previously gone on trips to the country in 2010, 2014, and 2019.
She returned to Dhaka on Wednesday, a day ahead of schedule.
Hasina met with Qiang and Chinese President Xi Jinping during her visit.
Bangladesh and China signed 21 Memoranda of Understanding and deals on seven projects during the visit.
She had a courtesy meeting with Jin Liqun, president of the Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank on Tuesday morning.
Later, she attended a trade, business, and investment conference at the Shangri-La Circle, where she urged Chinese businesses to increase their investments in Bangladesh.
A bilateral meeting took place between Hasina and Wang Huning, chairman of the 14th National Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference.
She paid tribute to the revolutionary heroes of China at Tiananmen Square on Jul 9.
Later, she attended a dinner hosted by the Bangladesh Embassy in Beijing.
On the final day of the visit, Hasina was given a red carpet reception at Beijing International Airport.
The prime ministers of the two countries held a bilateral meeting, along with their high-level delegations on the morning of Jul 10.
She concluded her visit to China with a meeting with President Xi.
