Court sentences 7 to death for murder of Habiganj businessman 21 years ago

10 others were sentenced to life in prison for the killing

A Habiganj court has sentenced seven people to death and 10 others to life in prison for the murder of businessman Harun Miah 21 years ago.

Additional District and Sessions Judge Azizul Islam delivered the verdict in the case on Tuesday, said state lawyer Saleh Ahmed.
