Low gas pressure will persist for 24 hours in areas under Titas Gas Transmission & Distribution PLC, including Dhaka, due to maintenance work at an LNG terminal.

In a press release issued on Friday, Titas Gas authorities said the pressure drop will affect all categories of customers in Titas-affiliated areas from 12pm on Saturday, Jan 24, to 12pm on Sunday, Jan 25.

The disruption is being caused by a temporary reduction in gas supply from the LNG terminal during the maintenance period, the statement said.

The authorities also expressed regret for the inconvenience caused to customers during the scheduled maintenance.
