Education Minister ANM Ehsanul Hoque Milon has announced plans to hold public exams with a single question set.

According to him, it is “unfair” for students from different education boards to participate in public exams with different question sets.

The minister spoke at the inauguration of a workshop at the International Mother Language Institute in Dhaka’s Segunbagicha on Thursday.

He said, “We want students from across Bangladesh to sit for the exams with the same set of questions. Sylhet will have one set of questions, Rajshahi another, and Dhaka another one—that’s not fair.”

“Is it fair? It’s not fair. In future, exams will be held with a single set of questions.”
