Pen Bangladesh said in a press release on Saturday that poet Quazi Rosy, MP, and Aireen Jaman were re-elected the president and secretary general respectively of the new executive committee.
Besides Masud, the vice-presidents of the new committee are Mahbubur Rahman, Ali Ahmed, Dr Masuduzzaman, Shahida Khatun, Md Abu Zafar, Akimun Rahman, Aslam Sunny, and Jharna Rahman.
Ashraf Jewel, Nahida Ashraf, and SM Khorshed were elected joint secretary general while Nahar Farid Khan treasurer, Aslam Shihir organising secretary, Saif Barkatullah publicity secretary, and Shamsuddin Hira and Md Mozammel Haque were elected assistant publicity secretary.
The committee's tenure will end in December, the press release said.
