The National Consensus Commission will resume its unfinished talks with political parties on Sunday to explore possible ways to implement the July National Charter 2025.

The commission has finalised the agenda for the meeting, following an internal discussion on Saturday, according to a commission statement.

The statement said the commission reviewed preparations for the final phase of discussions on the Charter.

Earlier, on Sept 17, the commission held the third round of talks with political parties at the Foreign Service Academy in Dhaka. Sunday’s meeting will continue this process.

On Saturday, commission members met at their office in the parliament building to prepare for talks with parties.

During the meeting, members re-examined views and recommendations from experts on possible implementation methods of the charter.

They also revisited feedback received from various political parties on the issue.
