Segunbagicha gets a cultural makeover

Dhaka South City Corporation has cleared the footpaths in Segunbagicha of illegal occupation and transformed the surrounding walls with vibrant artwork. Ten celebrated figures, including Rabindranath Tagore, Kazi Nazrul Islam, Fakir Lalon Shah, Zainul Abedin, Satyajit Ray and actor Humayun Faridi, now adorn the wall opposite the Bangladesh Shilpakala Academy.
