Dasherkandi sewage treatment plant

The state-of-the-art Dasherkandi sewage treatment plant processes wastewater from different Dhaka neighbourhoods, including Gulshan, Banani, Baridhara, and Niketan. With a daily capacity of around 500 million litres, the facility spans 25 hectares and was built with Chinese support.
