Measles outbreak in Bangladesh

A measles outbreak has been reported in several districts across Bangladesh. Children from different parts of the country are arriving daily at the Infectious Diseases Hospital in Dhaka’s Mohakhali, seeking advanced treatment. According to hospital authorities, 21 children have died from the disease so far this month.
