Small factories struggle with load-shedding

Dhaka’s Kamrangirchar is home to several small and medium-sized factories, including ones that recycle plastic, make lead and machine parts and even silver jewellery. These factories are facing serious difficulties as a fuel crisis has led to scheduled load-shedding nationwide. This scheduled load-shedding usually occurs on top of other irregular power outages.
