Another 11 people have died with measles symptoms across Bangladesh over the past 24 hours, while 113 new measles cases have been confirmed.
The delay in reporting four deaths on Monday has inflated the single-day number, according to the Wednesday bulletin from the Directorate General of Health Services (DGHS).
The health directorate has been publishing measles data since Mar 15.
Official figures show 101 people have died from measles and 975 with measles symptoms, taking the toll to 1,076 in nearly six months.
Dhaka Division has recorded the highest number of deaths with symptoms at 439, followed by Sylhet with 170. Rajshahi recorded 93, Mymensingh 78, Chattogram 78, Barishal 60, Khulna 42 and Rangpur 15.
Another 1,157 people with symptoms sought hospital care in the 24 hours to 8am on Wednesday, with 1,068 admitted: Dhaka 299, Chattogram 238, Sylhet 164, Barishal 143, Khulna 91, Mymensingh 81, Rajshahi 25 and Rangpur 27.
Hospital admissions have reached 162,048, with 155,612 discharged.
Suspected cases total 183,449, while confirmed cases stand at 20,851.
