The second war crimes tribunal has started reading out the summary of the 165-page verdict on charges of war crimes against Jamaat-e-Islami leader Muhammad Abdus Subhan.

He was taken to the court room from the tribunal’s lockup around 11am on Wednesday.
The Jamaat Nayeb-e-Ameer stood trial on charges of nine counts of crime like murder, genocide, abduction, torture and looting during the 1971 Liberation War.
Wearing white panjabi, pajamas and khaki short-sleeved sweater, the Jamaat leader was hearing the summary of the verdict sitting on a chair in the dock.
