Dhaka, Apr 25 (bdnews24.com) - Sheikh Hasina's daughter Saima Wazed Putul has given birth to a daughter in Toronto in Canada, an aide to the prime minister said on Saturday.
The prime minister's deputy press secretary Mahbubul Haq Shakil said Putul and the baby, born on Thursday, were both doing well.
The newborn is Hasina's fifth grandchild. Putul has two other daughters and a son.
Hasina's son Sajeeb Wazed Joy is married with one child.
