Dhaka Feb 15 (bdnews24.com)-- Sina Ibn Jamali, a lieutenant general who had been posted to the foreign ministry for appointment as ambassador, will return to the army, an announcement said on Monday.
Gen Jamali, who had been sent to the foreign office in October last year, had served as chief of general of staff of the army before a stint as head of one of the military schools.
Meanwhile, A K M Amir Hossain, an additional secretary who was OSD at establishment ministry, will take over as additional secretary at the health ministry, the announcement said.
The health post fell vacant after Barun Deb Mitra moved to food as acting secretary.
