A case has been filed over the murder of the Juba League activist, Rizvi Hasan Babu alias Boncha Babu, in Motijheel area of the capital.

Babu's father Abul Kalam filed the case late Saturday with Motijheel police station implicating six persons in the murder.
According to the FIR, four to five other unidentified people were also involved in the killing, Dhaka Metropolitan Police Deputy Commissioner (Motijheel Zone) Md Anwar Hossain said on Sunday.
He did not reveal the names of the accused saying that “they can escape arrest if the names are disclosed”.
Babu and another activist of the organisation, Ahsanul Haque Emon, were shot reportedly by a rival group of the same organisation at AGB Colony Friday night.
Both of them were taken to Dhaka Medical College Hospital with bullet wounds. Babu succumbed to his injuries while Emon was undergoing treatment.
Two factions of Juba League in the area blamed each other for the attack.
