Bangladesh appoints Rezina Ahmed as new envoy to Mauritius

The government has appointed Rezina Ahmed as the high commissioner of Bangladesh to Mauritius.

A career diplomat, Ahmed joined the Bangladesh Foreign Service in 1994 and is currently serving as the Consul General of Bangladesh Consulate General in Milan, Italy. 

 

She earlier served in Bangladesh missions in Canberra, Moscow and Yangon in different capacities. She studied international relations from Dhaka University.
