Dhaka, Feb 3 (bdnews24.com) — The written test of the 30th Bangladesh Civil Service examination scheduled for Feb 7 will instead be held on Feb 13.
A Bangladesh Public Service Commission (BPSC) press release on Thursday said that the examination has been rescheduled due to unavoidable circumstances.
On Feb 13, the first part of medical science examinations will be held on 10am-1pm while the first part English examinations on 2-5pm slot at the pre-determined centres.
The other examinations will be held as per schedule published on Jan 19.
The opposition BNP has called a country-wide general strike on Feb 7 to press home a number of demands including withdrawal of a case filed against its chairperson over Jan 31 Munshiganj clash that has killed a sub-inspector and injured 50 more.
