Women in Silicon Valley have circulated a private spreadsheet naming more than 100 people accused of sexual misconduct, according to The New York Post.
The allegations range from drugging and sexual assault to rape, involving figures from the technology and investment circles.
The list reportedly includes prominent investors, businessmen and people linked to major technology and artificial intelligence companies.
One tech worker told The NY Post she was shocked to see several well-known names on it.
“Some of them were very prominent names, you know? People who were famous investors. Businessmen who were in the scene, I had seen them at parties before,” she said.
Several incidents described to The Post took place in “hacker houses”, where residents share living spaces and professional networks. Sources said these overlapping relationships can make it difficult for women to report alleged misconduct.
Yehong Zhu, founder of the app Zette, told The Post that she reported a former member of a San Francisco hacker house to police in 2021, accusing him of rape and assault.
She said he had not been located or arrested.
“I kept saying no [to him],” Zhu told The Post.
The Post also reported an account from a former resident of The Muse who alleged that a man had sex with her while she was heavily impaired after being given repeated doses of ketamine.
She said a house organiser minimised her account and suggested mediation.
The Muse did not respond to a request for comment, according to the New York Post. A former Launch House resident described a different response, saying its founders removed a man after women raised concerns and changed the locks.
The NY Post also reported that some women fear approaching police because of possible retaliation or damage to their careers.
The allegations described in the report have not been established in court, and people named in the private list have not been identified in the available report.
