Dhaka, Feb 26 (BDNEWS) – The annual sports competitions of Government Laboratory High School was held in the city Sunday.
Education Minister Dr. Osman Farruk inaugurated the competitions as the chief guest.
Presided over by school headmaster Syed Hafizul Islam, the inaugural function was attended, among others, by Director General of the National Academy of Education Management Professor Khalilur Rahman, Director of the Secondary and Higher Secondary Education Professor Dr. Sirajuddin Ahmed and Principal of Dhaka Teachers Training College Professor Meherun Nessa.
A good number of students took part in different events of the meet.
Later the education minister distributed prizes among the winners.
