The 15-minute meeting took place at Pan Pacific Sonargaon Hotel on Saturday evening.
Various bilateral issues dominated the meeting, Opposition Chief Whip Tajul Islam Chowdhury told reporters.
Abe came to Dhaka on a short visit earlier in the day with a 150-strong delegation.
Chowdhury said Raushon hoped Japanese assistance in Bangladesh's development would continue like before.
She sought Prime Minister Abe's assistance in various sectors including garments, health and women and children welfare.
BNP Chairperson Khaleda Zia, too, called on Abe earlier in the evening.
