Khaleda on 7-day official visit to Saudi Arabia

Dhaka, Oct 14 (bdnews24.com)- Prime Minister Khaleda Zia left for Saudi Arabia Saturday on a seven-day official visit to discuss bilateral issues with her counterparts in the Middle-eastern nation.
She is expected to hold talks with King Abdullah Bin Abdul Aziz Al Saud and Prince Sultan Bin Abdul Aziz during her visit, but details of the agenda were not clear.
Apart from her official talks, she is also expected to attend an ifter party to be hosted by Bangladeshis living in Jeddah.
She will also perform Umrah between October 17 and 20.
The prime minister is accompanied by former state minister for civil aviation and tourism Mir Mohammad Nasiruddin, Mosaddek Ali Falu MP, principal secretary Dr Kamal Siddiqui and her youngest son Arafat Rahman and some other family members and relatives.
