Headed by Chief Justice Md Muzammel Hossain, the five-member bench cancelled the High Court order after hearing a prosecution plea on Sunday.
Others whose bails have been scrapped are - BNP’s Standing Committee member Mirza Abbas, Joint Secretary General Amanullah Aman, Dhaka metropolitan unit Member Secretary Abdus Salam and Jatiyatabadi Chhatra Dal’s Joint Secretary Obaidul Haq Nasir.
AJ Mohammad Ali and Sagir Hossain Leon stood for the defence while Deputy Attorney General (DAG) Md Sohrawardy represented the state.

Defence counsel Leon said the Appellate Division has scrapped the bail Fakhrul had secured on Jan 20 in an arson case filed with Shahbagh police.
The Bench has also cancelled bails for four others who had secured them in three cases including this one, he said.
These three cases were filed on Dec 1, Dec 25 and Jan 3 respectively.
Meanwhile, in another case over death of a man in Dhaka during the blockade enforced by BNP and its allies on Dec 29 last year, a High Court bench on Sunday granted bail to BNP leaders Abbas, Aman and Gayeshwar Chandra Roy for six weeks.
