BCB name academy squad for tri-nation home series

The Bangladesh Cricket Board (BCB) Tuesday announced a 20-member academy squad for the upcoming tri-nation home series involving South African and Pakistani counterparts in April-May.

Dhaka, March 25 (bdnews24.com) - The Bangladesh Cricket Board (BCB) Tuesday announced a 20-member academy squad for the upcoming tri-nation home series involving South African and Pakistani counterparts in April-May.
Nasiruddin Faruque will captain the side while Jahirul Islam Omi will be his deputy.
Chief selector Rafiqul Alam announced the squad just prior to the announcement of the national team for the upcoming five-ODI series against Pakistan in April.
The selector brought six Test caps to the academy side. They are Mehrab Hossain Junior, Enamul Haq Junior, Sajedul Islam, Mushfiqur Rahim, Talha Jubair and Nazmul Hossain.
Squad: Nasiruddin Farugue, Jahirul Islam, Imrul Kayes, Mehrab Hossain Junior, Shamsur Rahman Shuvo, Nayeem Islam, Nazmus Sadat, Nasir Hossain, Shagir Hossain Pavel, Mushfiqur Rahim, Dollar Mahmud, Mahbubul Alam Robin, Talha Jubair, Delwar Hossain, Nazmul Hossain, Rubel Hossain, Sajedul Islam, Enamul Haq Junior, Raihanuddin Arafat and Suhrawardi Shuvo.
